Step 1
1. Received email & Log in to your customer account
During the order process, you created a personal customer account with an individual password.
Simply log in to your customer account with your access data.
In the navigation bar at the top right, there is a person icon.
This link will take you to the login page.
Here you can personalize all watches associated with your customer account online.
2nd Step
2. Set up clock online
You can set up your watch directly in your customer account.
When setting up for the first time, it is important that you correctly enter your SIM number in the designated field.
All other fields and customization options will then be displayed.
You can change your settings at any time and as often as you like.
Finally, save your settings.
Your updated personal settings will be transmitted to the watch via the GSM mobile network within a few minutes.
Info: You can also set up the watch across countries, for example, if you are in Berlin and want to set it up for your mother in Salzburg or your father in Mallorca.
Step 3
3. Receive Package & Turn on Watch
Turn on the watch as soon as you receive our package.
Your personal data from your customer account will be transferred to the watch within a few minutes via the GSM mobile network.
Then your watch is ready for immediate use.
From now on, the watch wearer is better protected with the emergency watch.
Important: If you have not yet made personal settings, such as specifying emergency contacts, in your customer account, the emergency call will not work. Please do this immediately!
